Q. How much will it cost to plate my items?
A. This depends on how big or small the item is, what condition it is in prior to plating, what plating you require, silver, gold or zinc etc
Q. How do I find out if my item can be plated?
A. Email us the info you wish to be plated with details of the condition of the item.......and if you can, mention what metal it is.....even better is to email a photograph also.
Q. How long does it all take?
A. this depends on the size, condition and other factors, but normally we return your item in around 2-3 days, priority on request.
Q. What quantities do you do?
A. We do one offs and small to high volumes, email for details.
Q. Can I have a sample for free so I can see the qualilty?
A. We are very happy to plate a sample so you can see the quality.(Parts can be checked for compatibilty in this way also) Postage both ways must be met. Email to check if if you are elegible to get a part sample plated.
Q. How do I get my item to you?
A. The preferred method is to send it in the post, along with a list and desription of the item/s and a return address.
Q. How do I pay?
A. A cheque, postal order, Paypal, or BACS (simple online bank transfer anyone can do)
Q. Can I visit?
A. Unfortunately not, we do not have the public insurance cover or the facilities in place to allow members of the public on site. Under some circumstances we do allow customers to collect orders only, providing they pay in advance and arrange this with our express agreement.
